Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to inadvertence, he could not bring forth the fact that actually the recoveries were made from the joint possession of both the accused persons, who were going on motorcycle. He, thus, submits that the said submission may also be recorded in the order dated 20.01.2020. He submits that the said fact was overlooked which was not deliberate or intentional but having noticed the same, in the order, he is bringing this fact before this Court.
