2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Isuapur P.S. Case No. 160 of 2023 for the offence under sections 341, 322, 324, 307, 379, 504 and 34 of the I.P.C. lodged on 13.06.2023 by the informant, Lalan Prasad Rai.

3. As per the prosecution story, the informant has alleged that while they were going to offer the jewellery to the bride, on way, the accused persons intercepted and tried to snatch the jewellery box. Upon resistance, Aakash Kumar was attacked with knife by this petitioner and they succeeded in taking away the jewellery box. As a result, the marriage could not be solemnized. Accordingly, the FIR.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that only

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.86502 of 2023(2) dt.29-01-2024 2/2 to grab the petitioner's land, this FIR. In the dispute between bride and bride-groom families, they have been dragged in.

5. Learned APP has taken this Court to learned Session Judge order to show that even otherwise, the injury inflicted by this petitioner to Aakash Kumar has been found to be grievous in nature.

6. Taking into account the aforesaid facts as also the allegation that has come against the petitioner, no relief can be extended to him, and the petition is accordingly rejected. (Rajiv Roy, J) kiran/- U T
