ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 06-12-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody since 08.08.2019 in connection with Sathi P.S. Case No.55 of 2019 registered for the offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the alleged recoveries were from one Balram Mukhiya and not from the conscious possession of the petitioner. It is further submitted that only because of the statement made by the said Balram Mukhiya, the petitioner has been arrested. In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand)
