The present petition has been filed for grant of regular bail on behalf of the petitioner in connection with Bikram P.S. Case No. 224 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 25(1-b)a and 26 of the Arms Act. The allegation is regarding recovery of one country made pistol with two cartridges from the possession of the petitioner after he was apprehended by the Police and a search was made.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. It is further submitted that the petitioner was arrested, thereupon he was made accused in one other case and he is on bail in the said

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.79541 of 2019(2) dt.04-12-2019 2/2 case. Lastly, it is submitted that the petitioner is languishing in custody since 17.07.2019.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the present case, I deem it fit and proper to direct for grant of regular bail to the petitioner herein immediately upon completion of six months from the date of arrest i.e. from 17.07.2019, subject to such conditions as may be imposed by the learned trial court i.e. the learned court of A.C.J.M.-VI, Danapur, Patna in connection with Bikram P.S. Case No. 224 of 2019.

With the above observations and directions, the present petition stands disposed off.
