The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Deepnagar P.S. Case No. 314 of 2019, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 272, 273 and 290 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(A) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. The allegation in the present case is regarding recovery of 15 litres of illicit liquor from the motor-cycle of the petitioner from outside his house and further recovery of 10 litres of illicit liquor from the house of the petitioner.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case; he has clean antecedents and is languishing in custody since 06.11.2019. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it fit and proper to enlarge the petitioner on regular bail.

No.78435 of 2019(2) dt.02-12-2019 2/2 Accordingly, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on regular bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 3rd Additional District & Sessions Judge-cumSpecial Judge (Excise), Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Deepnagar P.S. Case No. 314 of 2019.
