2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Rivilganj P.S. Case No. 298 of 2019 registered for the offence under Sections 498A, 363, 364 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act and later Section 304(B) of the Indian Penal Code was also added.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is the mother in law of the deceased and the allegation against her and other accused persons is of demand of dowry, torture and killing of the deceased.

4. Considering the status of the petitioner, I am of the view that she does not deserve to be released on bail.

5. Accordingly, this application is dismissed for the present.
