Petitioner seeks bail in Sahebganj P.S. Case No.86 of 2015 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 302/34 Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been implicated merely on suspicion as last seen with deceased. It is alleged that petitioner and others took son of the informant. On the next date, dead body of son of the informant was found lying near canal.

Counsel for petitioner further submits that co-accused, Rajesh Kumar, has already been granted regular bail by this Court by order dated 01.10.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No.50422 of 2018.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, 1st, West, Muzaffarpur, in connection with Sahebganj P.S.
