2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in registered for the offences punishable under sections304(B) and 120B of the Indian Penal Code .

3 It is case of dowry death .

4. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he is the husband of the deceased and at the time of occurrence , petitioner was not present. Informant is not an eye to the occurrence . Petitioner is in custody since 27.07.2023 . 5 However, learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that petitioner is husband of the deceased and there is specific allegation against him is that he used to harass and torture the deceased for the demand of dowry and due to non-fulfillment of the same , she was killed by this
