2. On 01.04.2019, the Court had recorded that learned counsel for the petitioner had submitted that he had already undergone the period of sentence of six months in custody and, thereafter, has been released from prison but be wanted to challenge the judgment of conviction and for that purpose, the matter was admitted and the Lower Courts Record were called.

3. On 08.11.2019, nobody had appeared on behalf of the petitioner and by way of indulgence, the matter was adjourned. Today also, nobody having appeared and the petitioner already undergoing the period of sentence and also having perused the

Patna High Court CR. REV. No.1407 of 2018 dt.22-11-2019 2/2 judgment of the Courts below and learned APP having assisted the Court on the basis of the Lower Court Records, this Court does not find any ground to interfere in the matter under its revisional jurisdiction.

4. For reasons aforesaid, the application stands dismissed.
