Case No.115 of 2019, registered under Sections 366A/34 of the I.P.C and later on Section 8/12 of POCSO Act was added. The allegation of kidnapping of minor daughter of the informant by co-accused Deepak Kumar and petitioner also assisted in kidnapping.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that being the father of Deepak Kumar, he has been falsely implicated in this case and he is in custody since 22.10.2019 . Heard learned APP also.

In view of the above facts and circumstances, let petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.D.J-1st,
