2. The petitioners have prayed for the following reliefs:

(i) for issuance of appropriate writ, order or direction to restrain the respondents from dispossessing the petitioners from land described in para no.3

Patna High Court CWJC No.643 of 2024(2) dt.19-04-2024 2/2 of this application and pending final hearing of this application the respondents may be directed not to dispossess the petitiners and not to construct any structure over the land in dispute.

3. It is the submission of learned Senior Counsel that representation (Annexure-5 to the petition) is pending before the Collector, Nalanda at Biharsharif and has not been taken to its logical conclusion.

4. This Court failed to understand why even for the disposal of the representation, the citizen has to approach the High Court. This Court would expect the Collector, Nalanda at Biharsharif to dispose of the representation (Annexure-5 to the writ petition) immediately, if not done and preferably within a period of six months from today.

5. Any steps taken by the respondents in the meantime will be subject to the final decision taken by the Collector, Nalanda, Biharsharif.
