After perusing the order dated 14.12.2018, learned counsel for the petitioner seems to be correct in his submission. In view of the above, the name of the district of the petitioner shall be read as 'Madhubani' instead of 'Sitamarhi'. The order is modified to the aforementioned extent indicated above.
