Case No. 102 of 2019 dated 24.07.2019 instituted for the offence under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is said to be in custody since 25.07.2019.

The allegation against the petitioner is of having provided relevant information to the miscreants who looted the informant. Apart from the aforesaid suspicion on the petitioner, there is no other material to connect him with the offence.

The petitioner has clean antecedent.

Regard being had to the aforestated facts, he is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with
