2. The present application has been preferred on behalf of the petitioners to modify the order dated 14.03.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No.28062 of 2022, which was heard along with Cr. Misc. No.27282 of 2022, by which the petitioners were granted provisional bail on certain terms and conditions as enumerated in that order.

3. Today, a supplementary affidavit has been filed

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.57007 of 2024(4) dt.06-09-2024 2/2 on behalf of the petitioners stating therein that a bank drafts amounting to Rs.25,00,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Lakhs) bearing bank draft nos.1235 and 1241 issued by the Axix Bank has been handed over to learned counsel for the informant. Regarding the rest amount of Rs.81,00,000/-, it is stated that the same may be returned in installments of Rs. 15,00,000/- and will be paid last day of every month and the first installment shall be paid in October, 2024 and so on.

4. Learned counsel for the informant has no objection to the aforesaid submissions.

5. In view of the aforesaid submissions, the provisional bail granted to the petitioners vide order dated 14.03.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No.27282 of 2022 along with Cr. Misc. No.28062 of 2022 is hereby extended for a period of six months from today.

6. It goes without saying that on payment of entire amount, as aforesaid, the provisional bail granted to the petitioners shall be confirmed by the learned Court below itself.

7. Accordingly, both these applications are disposed of.
