2. The petitioner has approached this Court for the following reliefs:

"That this is an application for issuance of an appropriate Writ(s), Order(S) or Direction(S) directing the Respondent authorities to the post retiral dues to the Petitioner including Earned Leave of 300 days amounting to Rs. 11,61,970/-, Group Life Insurance amounting to Rs. 22,000/-, Gratuity amounting to Rs. 19,17,250/- after deducting the amount of Rs. 10,07,370/- which has not been paid to him till date with 18 % Compound interest from the date when it became due to till the date of making the entire payment.

Mr. Navjot Yeshu, learned Advocate for the petitioner referring to Annexure-P/4 submitted that notwithstanding the amount of gratuity, GIS and leave encashment sanctioned long back on 05.03.2024, till date, the same has not been paid to the petitioner. For ventilating his grievance, the petitioner also approached before the Administrator-cum-Chairman, Bihar Sanskrit Shiksha Board, Patna but the same has not been paid, compelling him to approach this Court.

4. Learned Advocate for the Bihar Sanskrit Shiksha Board submitted that the petitioner has already approached before the authorities concerned, the grievance of the petitioner shall be considered and redressed in accordance with law.

5. Considering the nature of the grievance and the fact that the admissible amount has already been sanctioned, this Court deems it fit and proper to dispose off the writ petition with a direction to the respondent no. 4 to consider the representation of the petitioner brought on record as Annexure-

Patna High Court CWJC No.19461 of 2024(2) dt.30-04-2025 3/3 P/5 to the writ petition and bring to its logical conclusion, preferably within a period of twelve weeks, from today.

6. Suffice it to observe that during the interregnum period, all the admissible amount must be paid to the petitioner, in accordance with law.
