JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 11-04-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Dumraon (Naya Bhojpur O.P.) P.S. Case No. 371 of 2018, disclosing offences under Sections 354, 385, 387, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 66(A) (E), 67(A) of the Information Technology Act.

Allegation against the petitioner is of taking obscene photographs of the informant and making it viral and thereafter demanded rupees five lacs for deleting the same. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the whole allegation is false and concocted and there was love affair between the parties and the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having heard both sides, in view of the facts and
