2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Riga P.S. Case No. 530 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 8, 20(B)(ii)(C) of NDPS Act and Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, there is recovery of 154 Kgs. of Ganja from a vehicle.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. The petitioner is in custody since 29.11.2022.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the huge recovery, I am not inclined to

7. Accordingly, the application stands dismissed.
