1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1.(i) For issuance of a writ of Certiorari to quash the order dated 30.11.2022 passed in Anganbari Appeal Case No. 15 of 2020 by the Collector, Sitamarhi whereby the Collector, Sitamarhi set aside the order passed by the District Programme Officer, Sitamarhi vide memo no. 2782 dated 02.12.2019 and allow the appeal preferred by the appellant Ranjana Kumari.

Patna High Court CWJC No.1068 of 2024(2) dt.22-02-2024 2/2 (ii) For issuance of a writ of Mandamus for direction to respondent no.4 that after enquiry of illegalities and irregularities cancel the selection process including the selection of private respondent no. 8 and make a fresh selection of the petitioner considering the disability certificate of the petitioner which was submitted by the petitioner along with the application form and on the basis of decision of the Aam Sabha dated 22.2.2018 and also admitted by the Lady Supervisor in its report."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, for redressal of her aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.
