The petitioner seeks bail in Sour Bazar P.S. Case No.261 of 2019, registered under Sections 25(1-b)A/26/35 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is named in the FIR but nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is said to have fled away after throwing a pistol and the same was recovered. Nobody has seen the petitioner throwing the firearm. The petitioner is in jail since 07.08.2019. The petitioner has already remained in jail for more than four months. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond
