In this case, the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Durgawati P.S. Case No.227 of 2019 registered for offence punishable under sections 419, 420, 406, 467, 468, 471, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code. Against the vacancy, larger number of persons have applied for the post of Railway Supervisor and the petitioner has also applied for the said post and one Ramesh Kumar has exposed himself to be broker getting employment done in the Railway, accordingly, Rs.1,50,000/- was taken in the name of providing job in the Railway.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that

No.78711 of 2019(2) dt.04-12-2019 2/2 the petitioner is also one of the victim of the situation, as he has also applied for the said post, seeking employment which has been stated in paragraphs 8, 9 and 10 of this application. Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed and he is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhabhua in connection with Durgawati P.S. Case No.227 of 2019, subject to the condition that one of the bailors of the petitioner shall be a local person having sufficient immovable property within the jurisdiction of the concerned Court. The petitioner will not induce any witness or tamper with the evidence. The petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
