Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that he filed a supplementary affidavit stating that Sessions Trial No. 98 of 2017 has wrongly been mentioned in place of Sessions Trial No. 09 of 2018 in the bail order. It has come at the instance of the petitioners that in the order passed by this Court dated 31.01.2019, it has been mentioned in last paragraph of the second page of the order that in place of Sessions Trial No. 09/2018 it has wrongly been mentioned as Sessions Trial No. 98 of 2017, as such, learned counsel for the petitioner has prayed for modification of the order dated 31.01.2019 to that extent.

In view of the facts and circumstances the order dated

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3249 of 2019(4) dt.13-02-2019 2/2 31.01.2019 is modified to the extent that the Sessions Trial No. be read as 09 of 2018 in place of Sessions Trial No. 98 of 2017. Let a copy of this order shall be communicated to the court concerned.
