2. The petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Sugauli P.S. Case No. 471 of 2023 for the offences punishable under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
3. As per the allegation, while the informant's son was returning from his office, three motorcycle-borne accused chased the informant's son and took away his motorcycle, mobile phone, and some cash. Thereafter, the accused persons also opened fire on the informant's son and made him injured.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. He has further submitted that nothing was recovered
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.87876 of 2024(2) dt.15-02-2025 2/2 from his possession and he has been made an accused on the basis of confessional statement elicited in another case.
5. On the other hand, the learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand rupees) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate-Ist Class, Motihari East Champaran in connection with Sugauli P.S. Case No. 471 of 2023, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
