The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Special Case No.9614 of 2019, arising out of Alamganj P.S. Case No.788 of 2019, registered under Sections 414, 419 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code besides Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Amendment Act 2016.

The accusation is of recovery of 12 polythene packets, each containing 5 liters country made liquor, from the motorcycle of the petitioner.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 28.10.2019.

Case No.788 of 2019.
