The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147,149,341,323,307,379,504 of the IPC, 1860 & Section 27 of the Arms Act, 1959.

Allegation against the petitioner is of commission of assault as well as firing which caused injury. Further allegation is of commission of theft. Petitioner has got a long list of criminal antecedent. Petitioner is accused in different cases lodged in different police station disclosed in para-3 of the petition.

Submission is that the present case is not related to any of case rather those cases were lodged due to dispute arising out of business transaction.

No.78914 of 2019(2) dt.04-12-2019 2/2 Considering the entire facts aforesaid, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner in connection with Akbarpur P.S. Case No.130/2019 pending in the court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ist, Nawada. Prayer is refused.
