1. The petitioner has prayed as under:

"1. That this application on behalf of the petitioner above named for issuance of appropriate writ(s), direction(s), order(s) to the Respondent authority for following relief (s) :- i. To quash the memo no. 202 dated 22.02.18 issued by the Police Inspector, vigilance

Patna High Court CWJC No.24313 of 2018(2) dt.21-11-2022 2/3 investigation Burro cum Assistant investigator Employment Teacher whereby and whereunder the matriculation certificate of the petitioner found forged. A copy of Memo dated 22.02.18 is annexed herewith and marked as ANNEXURE-1 to this application.

ii. To further quash the follow up order contained in letter no. 127 dated 20.03.18 issued by the Block Education Officer whereby and where under direct to the petitioner deposit the entire salary one time, failing which departmental proceeding initiated against you. A copy of letter dated 20.03.18 is annexed herewith and marked as ANNEXURE-2 to this application.

iii. To direct the respondent authority, not to disturb the petitioner in discharging her duty as a panchayat teacher in Primary school Kakrahat and also direct to pay his arrears of salary as well as current salary.

iv. Pass such other or further order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper under the fact and in the circumstance of

2. Considering the aforesaid matter to be covered by the judgment dated 23.02.2022 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 5489 of 2020 (Suresh Ram Vrs. The State of Bihar & Ors.) and connected matters reported in 2022(2) P.L.J.R. 80 and the judgment dated 07.03.2022 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 34 of 2022(Minakshi @ Sushre Minakshi & Anr. Vrs. The State of Bihar & Ors.), this writ petition is disposed of.

3. If an appeal is preferred before the District Appellate Authority/State Appellate Authority the same shall be taken-up at the earliest and preferably decided within a period of six months.
