2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 341, 504, 394, 307 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, petitioner snatched a bag from the informant containing cash Rs. 55,000/- and on protest petitioner fired a bullet at the informant's head causing him fire arms injury.

4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that F.I.R. has been lodged after delay of four days without any explanation which renders the entire prosecution case doubtful. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.
