2. The petitioner has prayed for regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. The case of the prosecution is that the informant is a manager of Impact Solution Limited at Belsand branch. On the date of the occurrence the informant was busy in collecting the loan amount, at that time four miscreants entered in the branch. It is alleged that they took away Rs.36,770/- from the pocket of the informant on the point of knife.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the FIR was lodged against unknown miscreants. During course of investigation, one Aniket Kumar was apprehended and
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.88586 of 2024(3) dt.17-02-2025 2/2 he has given his confessional statement. The name of this petitioner has surfaced in the confessional statement of Aniket Kumar. Learned counsel further submits that nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. He was not put on TIP. He is in custody since 06.08.2024.
5. The application for bail is opposed by learned APP for the State.
6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the above facts and circumstances, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the court of learned Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in connection with Belsand P.S. Case No. 63 of 2024.
7. Accordingly, the present bail application stands allowed.
