2. The grievance of the petitioner is in limited bound to the extent of payment of salary for the month of June, 2023.

Learned Advocate for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner had submitted an application requesting to avail a leave of summer vacation because of her ill health from the Head of the Department, Psychology nonetheless she has been shown to be absent for June, 2023; due to which she has been deprived from her salary. Treating the petitioner as absent for

Patna High Court CWJC No.1165 of 2024(5) dt.13-10-2025 2/3 June, 2023, is said to be wholly illegal and arbitrary. For redressal of the grievance, the petitioner has filed several representation before the concerned authorities including the Vice Chancellor and the Registrar of the University, with a request to treat the absence of the petitioner for the month of June, 2023 against the casual leave, special leave, E.L., D.L. and other leaves, but the same has not been done.

4. Referring to the counter affidavit, it is fairly submitted that the respondent University is getting the matter examined and willing to take a decision regarding representation of the petitioner, in accordance with law.

Having considered the limited grievance of the petitioner and taking note of the fact that the petitioner has already filed a detailed representation before all the concerned, this Court directs the Registrar of the Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar, Bihar University, Muzaffarpur to consider the representation of the petitioner, the copies of which have been filed as Annexure P/4 series and bring to its logical conclusion, preferably within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

6. Suffice it to observe in case the claim of the petitioner finds favour, necessary consequential benefit shall be
