1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kotwa P.S. Case No. 319 of 2020 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 394 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, unknown criminals looted the motorcycle of the informant after injuring him with knife blow.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. The petitioner is in custody since 04.01.2024.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner and has submitted that the mobile of the informant has been recovered from the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.88443 of 2024(2) dt.18-01-2025 2/2 possession of the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

7. Accordingly, this application for regular bail is dismissed.
