2. In the present writ application, the petitioner has challenged the letter no. 2976 dated 29.05.2025 (Annexure-

Patna High Court CWJC No.19746 of 2025(2) dt.08-12-2025 2/3 P/6), which as per the petitioner is an order passed against the petitioner.

Learned counsels for the respondent-State and BPSC submit that letter no. 2976 dated 29.05.2025 which has been challenged by the petitioner in the present writ application, does not contain any order against the petitioner. In fact, the said letter is merely a show cause notice issued to the petitioner. Submission is, therefore, made that the present writ application is completely ill-conceived and, therefore, it is fit to be dismissed summarily.

4. On being confronted with the above objection, learned counsel for the petitioner admits that letter no. 2976 dated 29.05.2025 (Annexure P/6) does not contain any order and in fact, it is a show cause notice which has been replied by the petitioner on 30.05.2025 vide Annexure P/7.

In view of the submission of the parties as noted above, it is clear that the challenge to the letter no. 2976 dated 29.05.2025 is totally ill-conceived because the said communication is merely a show cause notice and does not contain any order against the petitioner. The writ application is, therefore, dismissed. However, the District Programme Officer, (Establishment), Samastipur is directed to conclude the
