Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code as well as Section 27 of the Arms Act.

According to FIR, the petitioner is ordergiver and some other accused allegedly caused injury and murder. Coaccused- Rajesh Yadav @ Rajesh Kumar against whom there is allegation of commission of injury and murder has already been allowed bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court vide Annexure-5. Some other co-accused have also been allowed bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court vide Annexure-3 series. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand)

No.79017 of 2019(2) dt.04-12-2019 2/2 with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Khagaria Police Station Case No.542 of 2018 arising out of G.R.No.2223 of 2018, subject to the condition that both bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below and further the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
