"For issuance of an appropriate writ/order/direction in the nature of Habeas Corpus for direct the State Sentence Remission Board for considering the case of the petitioner and make recommendation to the State Government to release him from the prison."

Patna High Court CR. WJC No.256 of 2019(3) dt.02-12-2019 2/2 Learned counsel states that he will be content if the application is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to decide the petitioner's request which the petitioner shall be making by way or filing representation/application.

Learned counsel Shri P.N. Sharma states that any such application which may be filed before the appropriate authority shall be considered expeditiously and not later than two months thereafter.

We are not expressing any opinion on the merit. The application stands disposed of with the liberty aforesaid.
