Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Birpur P.S. Case No. 122 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under sections 304B, 201,/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case merely because they the relative of the husband of the daughter of the informant. The present first information report has been lodged after fourteen days of the alleged
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.81484 of 2019(3) dt.28-01-2020 2/2 occurrence without there being any plausible explanation for the delay. Moreover, the husband is in custody. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate,, I, Begusarai in connection with Birpur P.S. Case No. 122 of 2019 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
