JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 13-09-2022 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "(I) For issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of Mandamus, commanding and directing the respondent authorities to make payment the following retiral dues:

(i) Amount of Group Insurance 12.5% compound interest till the date of payment like other employees.

Patna High Court CWJC No.23641 of 2018(2) dt.13-09-2022 2/2 (ii) Amount of D.D.A. @ 9% compound interest till the date of payment like other employees in view of judgment reported in 2006 Vol-IV PLJR page 369.

(iii) Any other admissible dues."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the ViceChancellor, Lalit Narayan Mithila University, Kameshwar Nagar, Darbhanga for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.
