1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.
2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34, 120(B) and 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 19.09.2024 and is a woman and she is a person with clean antecedent and had earlier moved this Court seeking anticipatory bail by filing Cr. Misc. No.21901 of 2023 and the same came to be allowed by an order dated 25.08.2023, but then, the petitioner did not surrender within the time stipulated in the order dated 25.08.2023 in Cr. Misc. No.21901 of 2023, as such, the time fixed for surrendering lapsed and the petitioner was arrested. It is next submitted that
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.88000 of 2024(2) dt.07-02-2025 2/2 at the time of grant of anticipatory bail, the case of the petitioner was considered on merit and in detail.
4. Learned A.P.P. opposes the bail application.
5. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, the petitioner, above-named, is directed to be released on bail on her furnishing bail-bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kishanganj in connection with Thakurganj P. S. Case No. 192 of 2022.
6. The application stands allowed.
