2. The petitioner has prayed for bail in connection with Ariyari P.S. Case No.337 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 366A of the IPC and Section 8 of the POCSO Act.

3. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner has kidnapped the daughter of the informant for the purpose of marriage.

4. During the course of investigation the victim has given her statement under Section 183 of the BNSS in which she had stated that she has gone to Sheikhpura with Karan Kumar on her own will and performed marriage with Karan

5. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that the parities have compromised the case.

6. The learned counsel for the informant is also present and she has also stated that the case has been compromised.

7. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.D.J.-cum-Exclusive Special Judge (POCSO), Sheikhpura in connection with Ariyari P.S.
