2. The petitioner seeks pre-arrest in connection with Kundwachainpur P.S. Case No.197/2024 registered for the offence under Sections of the 189(2), 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 117(2), 109, 78, 303(2), 352, 351(2) of BNS.

3. Considering the fact that vide order dated 14.08.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. 25224/2025 the bail petition of the petitioner was withdrawn with a liberty to the petitioner to surrender before the learned District Court and seek regular bail. The petitioner has not surrendered till date and without surrendering before the learned District Court the he has placed the present bail application before this Court. I have perused the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.86624 of 2025(2) dt.12-12-2025 2/2 content of the statement and the information contained in the application and I don't find that within two months any change of circumstances has taken place. As such, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on pre-arrest bail.

4. Accordingly, the present application stands rejected.
