2. This application has been filed on behalf of the petitioners for quashing the order dated 06.10.2018 passed by the Judicial Magistrate, Second Class, Patna in Complaint Case No. 3467 © of 2018.

3. Upon perusal of the complaint petition, it appears that the petitioner no. 1 is the wife of the complainant and petitioner nos. 2 to 6 are the sons of the complainant and they are alleged to have assaulted the complainant and snatched Rs. 30000/- and other articles from him.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the matter has already been settled between the parties.

5. The aforesaid submission has been supported by the learned counsel for the opposite party no. 02.

6. In view of the above, since the matter has been settled, this application is allowed.

7. Accordingly, the order dated 06.10.2018 passed by the Judicial Magistrate, Second Class, Patna in Complaint Case No. 3467 © of 2018 is hereby quashed against all the accused persons.
