ABHISHEK REDDY ORAL ORDER 02-05-2025 The present M.J.C. is filed alleging violation of the order dated 20.09.2024 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 1320 of 2024. Learned counsel has stated that contrary to the directions given by this Court, the opposite party has passed the order dated 09.01.2025 (Annexure- P/4) and also the order dated 04.02.2025 (Annexure- P/6) and therefore seeks punishment of the opposite party for the deliberate and willful disobedience of the order passed by this Court. Once it is admitted that the authority has passed the order pursuant to the directions issued by this Court, the validity or otherwise of the same cannot be gone into in a contempt case. Having regard to the same, the present M.J.C is closed leaving it open to the petitioner to
