Petitioner seeks bail in Bahadurpur P.S. Case No.286 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 379 Indian Penal Code.
Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the First Information Report. There is no recovery of motorcycle from possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 16.08.2018.
Petitioner was arrested in connection with Laheriasarai P.S. Case No.328 of 2018 on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused and also confessional statement of this petitioner. Thereafter, petitioner has been made accused in this case.

No.77436 of 2018(2) dt.15-01-2019 2/2 Counsel for the petitioner further submits that petitioner has already been granted regular bail by this Court by order dated 19.12.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No.72045 of 2018. In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga, in connection with Bahadurpur P.S.
