The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 452/341/323/326A/504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
According to FIR, for land dispute the petitioner threw acid on the informant as well as on the wife of the informant. The doctor has found acid burn wound at the right face to neck laterally, posterior neck to back and right laterally chest on the informant and no acid injury was found on the person of the wife of the informant. The petitioner is in custody since 15.07.2019. Investigation of the case is already complete. Considering the entire facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after framing of the charge if not
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.81722 of 2019(3) dt.20-03-2020 2/2 framed uptil now so that the trial may not hamper on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Narpatganj P.S. Case No.416 of 2019, with following conditions:
(a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.
(b) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
(c) The petitioner shall not leave the country without permission of the trial Court.
The trial Court is directed to expedite framing of the charge.
