The petitioner seeks bail in Panapur P.S. Case No. 06/2015, instituted for offence under Section(s) 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

In the written report, informant has named two accused persons, namely, Jhagaru and Sunil Kumar Singh for committing murder of his father on account of altercation between them. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner is not named in the written report. Informant is not eyewitness of the occurrence. Informant has subsequently taken name of this petitioner before the police to save the F.I.R. named accused. The witnesses in para 48 and 49 of case diary have taken name of petitioner. They are only hearsay witnesses. The other co-accused has already been granted bail by a

Petitioner is in custody since 26.09.2018.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate IVth, Saran at Chapra in connection with Panapur P.S.
