JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 11-12-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Makhdumpur P.S. Case No. 299 of 2015 for offences under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code and subsequently, Section 120B of the IPC has been added.

Having regard to the fact that the petitioner has criminal antecedent, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to him. The application is, accordingly, dismissed. However, the petitioner shall be granted liberty to surrender before the court below and pray for regular bail
