2. This is an application for modification of the order dated 26.07.2024 passed by this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 28121 of 2024.

3. The petitioner seeks modification of condition no. 7(i) of the order dated 26.07.2024 in Cr. Misc. No. 28121 of 2024, which reads as follows:

7(i). The petitioner will mark his attendance at the Gogri Police Station on every Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.

4. Upon consideration, this Court finds no grounds to modify the condition quoted above, which was imposed upon the petitioner by the order dated 26.07.2024 in Cr. Misc. No. 28121 of 2024.

5. Accordingly, this modification application is dismissed.
