1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1. That this petition is being filed in the nature of Mandamus commanding and directing upon the concerned respondents to delete the name of the Private Respondents from revenue records registered as raiyat on the basis of forged and fabricated
Patna High Court CWJC No.1250 of 2024(2) dt.29-04-2024 2/2 Parvana though the authority after examining he records and documents found the same as fabricated and doubtful since the land is recorded as Gairmajarua Malik Parti Kadeem and removed the encroachment after due process of law since the land is being used as Aam Rasta (Public passage) of twenty village and way for favours Panchdev Dham."
2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.
