The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in connection with Birpur P.S.Case No. 97 of 2017, registered for offences punishable under Sections 467, 468, 471, 420 and 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code..
As per F.I.R., allegation against the petitioner is that the petitioner manipulated in the BETET examination and Intermediate marks sheet in order to get job. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that after proper inquiry, she has been made accused in this case and other co-accused have been granted anticipatory bail vide order dated 08.10.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 60688 of 2018 and the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Learned A.P.P. opposes the prayer for bail.

No.4201 of 2019(4) dt.06-02-2019 2/2 Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as discussed above, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Birpur P.S.Case No. 97 of 2017, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of Cr.P.C. with condition that one of the bailors of the petitioner shall be a local person having sufficient immovable property within the jurisdiction of the concerned court.
