2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Gaurichak P.S. Case No. 624 of 2024 for the alleged offence under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 325, 379, 307, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. The prosecution story in short is to the effect that one Indradeo Das along with others including this petitioner are said to have assaulted the informant and others by talwar and other weapons. In the prosecution story there is a specific allegation upon the petitioner that he had assaulted one Khori Paswan with an iron rod resulting in fracture of his hand.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is general and omnibus allegation against this petitioner.

No.88585 of 2024(3) dt.11-04-2025 2/3 Specific allegation of assault on head by talwar was on one Indradeo Das who has been granted anticipatory bail by the Coordinate Bench of this Court vide Order dated 03.10.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 29512 of 2023. The learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that other co-accused persons namely Satish Das, Ajay Das, Vijay Das and Sanjay Das all have been granted anticipatory bail by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide Order dated 05.05.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 6307 of 2023. He has further drawn the attention of this Court to another Order dated 11.10.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 60010 of 2023 passed by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court whereby two more accused persons namely Sajnu Das and Majnu Das have been granted anticipatory bail. It is lastly submitted that the petitioner has clean antecedent.

Considering the fact that the similarly situated coaccused persons have already been granted bail by the Coordinate Bench of this Court, let the petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial MagistrateVI, Patna City in connection with Gaurichak P.S. Case No. 624 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.88585 of 2024(3) dt.11-04-2025 3/3 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure read with corresponding Section 482(2) of BNSS as well as subject to the following conditions:- (i) one of the bailors will be a close relative of the petitioner.
(ii) The petitioner will remain present on each and every date fixed by the court below, if so required by the learned Trial Court.
(iii) In case of absence on two consecutive dates or in violation of the terms of the bail, the bail bond of the petitioner will be liable to be cancelled by the court concerned. (iv) If offences of similar nature is alleged against the petitioner, the bail bond of the petitioner will be liable to be cancelled by the court concerned.
