The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Bettiah Muffasil (Manuapul) P.S. Case No. 360 of 2019 for the offence registered under Sections 326, 307 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The allegation is regarding the accused persons having arrived at the house of the informant whereafter the co-accused person namely Brajesh @ Vikash Sah is said to have fired upon the informant resulting in some injury on the shoulder. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the as far as the petitioner is concerned, there is no allegation of any kind of specific overt act and he has been falsely implicated
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.80441 of 2019(2) dt.06-12-2019 2/2 in the present case. It is further submitted that the petitioner is having a clean antecedent and he is languishing in custody since 09.07.2019.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Bettiah Muffasil (Manuapur) P.S. Case No. 360 of 2019.
