This appeal has been filed for setting aside order dated 20.08.2024 passed in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 191 ( 2 ), 126 ( 2 ), 115 ( 2 ), 308 ( 2 ), 308 ( 2 ), 303 ( 2 ), 324 ( 4 ), 132 and 121 (1) of the Indian Penal Code and sections 3(i) ( r ) ( s ) / 3 ( 2 ) (iii) (va) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes Act, whereby the prayer for anticipatory bail of the appellant has been rejected. 3 . As per the prosecution case , informant namely, Pappu Kumar ( SHO Shripur ) alleged that these appellants

Patna High Court CR. APP (SJ) No.5608 of 2024(6) dt.17-11-2025 2/2 along with other co-accused persons named in the F.I.R. obstructed police officials in discharge of their official duty and abused informant by caste name and also damaged the police van .

4. Considering the fact that this appellant along with other co-accused persons abused informant by caste name , damaged police van and also hindered police officials in discharging their official duty , I do not find any reason to interfere with the impugned order, accordingly this appeal is dismissed.
