1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned APP for the State and learned counsel for the opposite party no. 2.
2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case no.1082C of 2021 registered under section 498A of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, the informant states that all the accused persons including the the petitioner herein, started to assault the complainant mentally and physically on account of non-fulfillment of demand of dowry and also ousted her from matrimonial house.

4. Both the parties have appeared in person before this Court.
5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is ready to take his wife along with him from the Court premises itself today and the opposite party no. 2 (wife) also express her willingness to go along with her husband.
6. The application for anticipatory bail is opposed by learned A.P.P. for the State. However, learned counsel for the opposite party no. 2 has no objection to the same.
7. It is expected that the petitioner would keep his wife with full dignity and honor and the opposite party no. 2 would also co-operate in peaceful conjugal life and not create unnecessary nuisance.
8. Let petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks, be released on anticipatory bail in connection with Complaint Case no.1082C of 2021 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate-1st Class, Araria/Successor Court, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure/Section 482(2) of the B.N.S.S,

9. However, if any substantial material is produced by the opposite party no. 2 regarding any serious threat to her security etc., she will be at liberty to file cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner.
